Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Proactively identify and target new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions
- Sales Process Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to closing deals, ensuring a professional and consultative approach
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts and reports to management
- Market Intelligence: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to identify new opportunities
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaboration: Work closely with the wider team to share insights and contribute to business growth strategies
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role (B2B experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – confident speaking with decision-makers
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Resilient and tenacious – comfortable with rejection and able to bounce back
- Good understanding of the sales process from prospecting to closing
