About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to join our team at Borderless Immigration. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating departmental operations to align with company goals.

This is a senior role for a strategic thinker who can manage resources effectively, drive innovation, and ensure high performance across the business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Direction: Define departmental goals, formulate policies, and implement strategies to support business objectives
  • Resource Management: Organise staff, budgets, and technical tools to maximise efficiency and productivity
  • Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations, ensure compliance with legal and statutory regulations, and maintain high-quality outputs
  • Leadership & Development: Mentor and develop team members, foster innovation, and support recruitment and disciplinary processes as needed
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other directors and executives to align departmental goals with overall organisational objectives
  • Reporting & Representation: Prepare and present reports, analyse performance metrics, and represent your department in meetings with senior management

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Functional Manager or Director level professional who can take ownership of their department and drive success. You will be a natural leader with a track record of managing teams, budgets, and operations effectively.

Ideal candidates will have experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Finance
  • Marketing
  • IT
  • Human Resources
  • Operations

Person Specification

  • Proven experience in a managerial or directorial role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in strategic planning and policy formulation
  • Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
  • Knowledge of legal and statutory compliance relevant to your function
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and with senior leadership
  • Results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement
